Our organisation first contacted Simple HR as we have no HR expertise within our small organisation . Originally we employed Simple HR to help us deal with a difficult grievance process, this was resolved quickly ensuring the service did not suffer as a consequence of the grievance.

Exterity approached Simple HR in 2007 to ensure we were meeting all our minimum legal requirements in terms of HR. Over the last 6 years they have moved from initially providing us with a tailored company handbook and updated contracts, then assisting with final interviews and now they manage the whole recruitment process (including selecting and dealing with recruitment consultants), they now also help us identify HR issues and training needs and then either creating or finding most appropriate solutions or training course to meet that need.
As well as having an experienced HR person on the end of the phone at all times in the last year we have to moved to having someone form Simple HR in our offices every Thursday which means staff have someone to speak to if they want to and importantly for the business in enforces a focus on HR tasks a minimum of once a week.
